全生命周期健康管理对急性缺血性脑卒中静脉溶栓效果的影响

Effect of Life Cycle Health Management on Intravenous Thrombolysis in Acute Ischemic Stroke

目的分析全生命周期健康管理对急性缺血性脑卒中静脉溶栓效果的影响。方法选择2021年9月至2023年8月期间南平市第一医院接诊的100例急性缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象,按照接诊时间顺序均分为对照组和观察组,并分别采用常规方式护理和全生命周期健康管理的方式护理。比较两组的静脉溶栓效果、生活质量及护理满意度。结果对照组患者的静脉溶栓效果总有效率为80.00%、观察组患者的静脉溶栓效果总有效率为96.00%,观察组静脉溶栓效果总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量方面生理状态、心理状态、社会关系、环境状态评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组护理总满意度为80.00%、观察组护理满意度98.00%,观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性缺血性脑卒中患者护理中采用全生命周期健康管理的方式,能在提升患者静脉溶栓效果的基础之上,提高患者的生活质量,提升患者的护理服务满意度。

Objective To analyze the effect of life cycle health management on intravenous thrombolysis in acute ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to the Nanping First Hospital from September 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the time order of admission,and were cared by conventional nursing and whole-life cycle health management,respectively.Compare the effectiveness of intravenous thrombolysis,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction between two groups.Results The total effective rate of intravenous thrombolysis in control group was 80.00%,and that in observation group was 96.00%.The total effective rate of intravenous thrombolysis in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The scores of physiological state,psychological state,social relationship and environmental state in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the control group was 80.00%and that of the observation group was 98.00%,and the total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of whole-life cycle health management in the nursing of acute ischemic stroke patients can improve the quality of life and nursing service satisfaction of patients on the basis of improving the effect of intravenous thrombolysis.
