个体化健康教育在传染病防控工作中的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Individualized Health Education in the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases

目的探究在传染病防控工作中的运用个体化健康教育的效果和价值。方法选择2021年6月至2023年6月北京市中青年社会人员500名作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将选取的研究对象平均分成对照组250名与试验组250名,对比两组研究人员的健康教育指导满意度、传染病防控知识掌握度评分以及传染病发生情况。结果对照组的健康教育指导满意度低于试验组(P<0.05);试验组的传染病防控知识掌握度评分高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组发生流行性感冒、甲肝或乙肝、肺结核、艾滋病等传染性疾病低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个体化健康教育在传染病防控工作中的效果有目共睹,重视和加强个体化健康教育能有效减少传染病发病情况,改善社会人员对传染病防治的意识和水平,提升传染病防控工作满意度,进一步推进传染病防治工作,有利于健康卫生事业稳定发展。

Objective To explore the effect and value of individualized health education in the prevention and control of infectious diseases.Methods A total of 500 young and middle-aged social workers in Beijing from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and the selected subjects were evenly divided into 250 in the control group and 250 in the experimental group by random number table method.The satisfaction degree of health education guidance,the score of knowledge mastery of infectious disease prevention and control and the incidence of infectious diseases of the researchers in the two groups were compared.Results The satisfaction of health education guidance in control group was lower than that in experimental group(P<0.05).The score of knowledge mastery of infectious disease prevention and control in experimental group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of infectious diseases such as influenza,hepatitis A or B,tuberculosis and AIDS in experimental group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The effect of individualized health education on the prevention and control of infectious diseases is obvious to all.Paying attention to and strengthening individualized health education can effectively reduce the incidence of infectious diseases,improve the awareness and level of social personnel on the prevention and control of infectious diseases,enhance the satisfaction of the prevention and control of infectious diseases,and further promote the prevention and control of infectious diseases,which is conducive to the stable development of health undertakings.
