基于认知图的无缝隙护理配合模式在胃镜检查患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Cognitive Map-Based Seamless Nursing Cooperation Model in Patients Undergoing Gastroscopy

目的分析基于认知图的无缝隙护理配合模式在胃镜检查患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年5月至2023年9月收治的50例胃镜检查患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为两组(对照组及观察组),每组均为25例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施基于认知图的无缝隙护理配合模式。对比两组配合度、不适症状,以及干预前后的应激反应。结果观察组配合度(96.00%)较对照组(72.00%)高(P<0.05);观察组不适症状总发生率(4.00%)较对照组(24.00%)低(P<0.05);与干预前相比较,两组心率、收缩压、舒张压均升高(P<0.05);观察组干预后上述指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胃镜检查患者应用基于认知图的无缝隙护理配合模式,能显著提高检查配合度,减少不适症状,改善机体应激反应。

Objective To analyze the application effect of cognitive map-based seamless nursing cooperation model in patients undergoing gastroscopy.Methods Fifty patients who underwent gastroscopy between May 2020 and September 2023 were selected as the study subjects.Using the random number table method,patients enrolled were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given cognitive map-based seamless nursing cooperation model of nursing on this basis.Cooperation degree,uncomfortable symptoms,psychological states before and after intervention,and stress response were compared between the two groups.Results Cooperation degree of the observation group(96.00%)was higher than that of the control group(72.00%)(P<0.05).The total incidence of uncomfortable symptoms in the observation group(4.00%)was lower than that in the control group(24.00%)(P<0.05).After intervention,heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of both groups increased(P<0.05),but these indicators in the observation group were lower as compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Applying the cognitive map-based seamless nursing cooperation model in nursing for patients undergoing gastroscopy can significantly improve their cooperation,reduce uncomfortable symptoms,and improve the stress response.
