细节把控护理在供应室质量改善情况的效果

Detail Control of the Improvement of Nursing Quality in Supply Room and the Effect of Prevention and Control of Nosocomial Infection

目的分析在消毒供应室应用细节把控护理对于提升管理质量及对医院感染进行防控的效果。方法2022年1月至2022年6月对消毒供应中心实施常规管理,2022年7月至2022年12月对消毒供应中心实施细节把控护理;分析细节把控护理实施前后消毒供应中心的器械管理质量、护理管理质量及不良事件。结果细节把控护理实施后的回收合格率为99.00%,分类、清洗、灭菌、包装、发放及总合格率分别97.00%、98.00%、98.50%、98.00%、99.00%、98.00%,均高于实施前(P<0.05);与实施前相比较,细节把控护理实施后的护理管理质量评分均更高(P<0.05),器械破损、器械遗失、灭菌不合格等不良事件更少(P<0.05)。结论在消毒供应中心应用细节把控护理,可提高消毒供应中心器械管理质量和护理管理质量,对医院感染进行有效防控,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of detailed control nursing in disinfection supply room on improving management quality and preventing and controlling nosocomial infection.Methods The routine management of the disinfection supply center was carried out from January 2022 to June 2022,and the detailed control care was carried out from July 2022 to December 2022.The quality of equipment management,nursing management and adverse events in the disinfection supply center before and after the implementation of detailed control nursing were compared and analyzed.Results After the implementation of detailed control nursing,the qualified rate of recycling was 99.00%,classification,cleaning,sterilization,packaging,distribution and total qualified rate were 97.00%,98.00%,98.50%,98.00%,99.00%,98.00%,respectively,which were higher than before the implementation(P<0.05).Compared with before the implementation,the quality scores of nursing management after the implementation of detailed control nursing were higher(P<0.05),there were fewer adverse events such as instrument breakage,instrument loss and unqualified sterilization(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of detail control nursing in the disinfection supply center can improve the quality of equipment management in the disinfection supply center and nursing management quality room,and effectively prevent and control nosocomial infection,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
