高校二级学院是高校党建工作的重要实施基础和关键提质平台,党建质量不仅是人才培养目标达成的重要保障,更是学院发展速度与高度的强大推手。在新时代背景下探寻党建与业务融合互促模式,既要从宏观层面做好组织构建、优化运作机制、建立目标融合,又要从微观角度列清工作要点、培好建设力量、关键时刻组队攻坚,最终实现以党建“铸魂”、“赋能”、“强基”,引领学院各项事业走向高速发展。

The colleges of a university are the foundation and platform for the university to carry out and improve the work of party building.The quality of the party building in collegesnot only affects the achievement of the goal of talent training,but also directly restricts the speed and space of the development of colleges.Under the background of the new era,to explore the mutual promotion model of the integration of party building and administrative affairs,on the macro level,we should be deeply concerned with the organization construction,optimize the operation mechanism and set up the goal integration,and on the micro level,we should prepare a clear list of the main points of work,train the construction force well,and form a team to tackle problems in critical moments.The ultimate goal is to achieve education,empowerment,and foundation strengthening through party building,leading all affairs of the college to high-speed development.
