特色小镇高质量发展评价体系研究——基于异质性视角

Research on the Evaluation system of High quality Development of Characteristic Town--From the Heterogeneity Perspective

构建评价体系是特色小镇高质量发展的基础和前提。在借鉴城市异质性的相关研究成果的基础上,在异质性视角下探究特色小镇高质量发展的内涵,并在此基础上基于扎根理论分析特色小镇高质量发展的资源禀赋异质性、创新产业异质性、文化底蕴异质性、生活环境宜居4个一级异质性因素和11个二级因素。最后,运用层次分析法(AHP)构建异质性视角下特色小镇高质量发展的评价体系,以期为特色小镇高质量发展的研究提供新视角。

The construction of evaluation system is the base and prerequisite of high-quality development of characteristic towns.Firstly,this paper refers to the relevant research results of urban heterogeneity,and discusses the connotation of high-quality development of characteristic towns from the perspective of heterogeneity.Secondly,based on the Grounded Theory,this paper analyzes four first-level heterogeneous factors in natural resources,innovative industries,cultural heritage,and living environment and 11 secondary factors that affect high-quality development of characteristic towns.Finally,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to construct an evaluation system for the high-quality development of characteristic towns from the perspective of heterogeneity in an attempt to provide a new perspective for the research of the high-quality development of characteristic towns.
