摘要
随着我国发展阶段由要素驱动转向创新驱动,技术交叉复杂性、产业演进复杂性、职业认知复杂性日渐突出。深化产教融合作为推进现代职业教育体系建设的一项重大举措,面临着政府主责尚未全面体现,校企之间主体价值、融合机制存在鸿沟,教师胜任力缺乏等矛盾。职业教育产教融合各主体应厘清产教多样资源融合复杂性、增强需求导向驱动下产教融合主体主动适应性,进而统筹协调实现产教融合异质主体协同联动,激活政府主责、院校主导、企业主体、教师主力,实现复杂多元主体关系重塑。
With China transitioning from a factor-driven to an innovation-driven development stage,the challenges of technological crossover,industrial evolution,and vocational cognitive complexity are becoming increasingly apparent.The deepening integration of industry and education serves as a critical endeavor to promote the establishment of a modern vocational education system.However,it is currently facing several contradictions,such as the incomplete reflection of the government's main responsibility,the disparity in value between schools and enterprises,the lack of integration mechanisms,and insufficient teacher competence.The subjects of vocational education industry-education integration need to address the complexity arising from diverse resources of industry and education.They should focus on strengthening the active adaptability of industry-education integration,driven by demand-oriented approaches.Moreover,it is important to coordinate and achieve synergistic linkages among the various main bodies involved in industry-education integration.This includes activating the primary responsibilities of the government,the leading roles of colleges and universities,the involvement of enterprises,and the engagement of teachers.These efforts collectively contribute to the complex and diverse reshaping of the main bodies.
