工程教育认证持续改进机制探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Continuous Improvement Mechanism in Engineering Education Accreditation

摘要 结合我校机械设计制造及其自动化专业工程教育认证的实施,论文探索了提升人才培养质量持续改进的闭环运行机制。建立了产出导向的人才培养评价机制,探索了有效推进该机制运行的措施,对专业培养目标合理性、培养目标达成度、毕业要求指标点合理性、毕业要求达成度、课程体系合理性等方面提出了评价和达成建议。分析了持续改进工作中存在的问题及改进措施和效果。研究结果对相关专业工程认证的实施具有一定参考意义。 Based on the concept of engineering education certification,this study takes the Mechanical Design,Manufacturing and Automation major of our university as an example to study the continuous improvement closed-loop operation mechanism for improving the quality of undergraduate professional talent cultivation.We have established an output-oriented talent cultivation evaluation mechanism,explored effective measures to promote its operation,and provided implementation suggestions for the evaluation of the rationality of training objectives,the degree of achievement of training objectives,the rationality of graduation requirement indicator points,the degree of achievement of graduation requirements,and the rationality of curriculum system.And provide examples to illustrate and verify the effectiveness of the mechanism,and the research results have certain reference value for the implementation of relevant professional engineering certification.
