摘要
运用生态位态势理论,探讨专精特新产业学院生态位及高校培育专精特新产业学院生态位战略。高校应培育具有“专业化、精细化、特色化、新颖化”特征的产业学院,以提升高校生态位适宜度,并促进区域创新生态系统层面的生态位提升。专精特新产业学院应实施专业化战略,选择小生态位,培育产业学院的“专精”态;采用差异化战略,实现生态位分离,培育产业学院的“特新”态;实施生态位共生战略,发挥专精特新产业学院生态位的“势”能,促进区域创新生态系统演化。
The niche ecostate-ecorole theory is used to explore the niche of specialized-fined-peculiar-innovative industrial college and the niche strategy to cultivate specialized-fined-peculiar-innovative industrial college.Colleges and universities should cultivate industrial colleges with the characteristics of“specialized,fined,peculiar and innovative”,which can improve the niche fitness of application-oriented universities and promote the regional innovation ecosystem niche.Specialized,fined,peculiar and innovative industrial colleges should implement a specialization strategy,select small niches,to cultivate the characteristics of“specialized and fined”.They should implement a differentiation strategy,separate ecological niche,to cultivate the characteristics of“peculiar and innovative”.And they should implement a symbiosis strategy,play a role for environment,to promote the evolution of regional innovation ecosystems.
