摘要
运用基于扎根理论的多案例研究方法,发现新时代我国高等工程教育基层教学组织在提升工程教育教学质量的多层次目标体系、依托课程革新发挥教学效能、特色化的形态和以合作制为核心的权力结构、多元开放和协同高质的组织成员构成等方面开展了有益的改革探索。进而提出确立贯通政策逻辑与育人逻辑的组织目标定位、以教学学术推进组织职能的科教融合、基于人才培养目标分类重构组织形态、对接新兴产业需求创新组织架构体系、以基层教学自治为核心优化权力结构、形成多元的组织成员构成、提升组织成员质量等未来发展的建议。
Using a multi case study method based on grounded theory,it was found that in the new era,grassroots teaching organizations in higher engineering education in China have carried out beneficial reform explorations in improving the multi-level goal system of engineering education teaching quality,relying on curriculum reform to exert teaching effectiveness,distinctive forms,and a power structure centered on cooperation,as well as a diverse,open,and collaborative high-quality organizational member composition.Furthermore,it proposes development suggestions such as establishing an organizational goal positioning that connects policy logic and education logic,promoting the integration of science and education functions through teaching and academia,reconstructing organizational forms based on talent cultivation goals,innovating organizational structure system to meet the needs of emerging industries,optimizing power structure with grassroots teaching autonomy as the core,forming a diverse composition of organizational members,and improving the quality of organizational members.
