“教育—科技—人才”一体驱动区域产业发展——密歇根大学“安娜堡模式”的探索与启示

On Integration of Education-Technology-Talent Fosters Regional Industrial Development--Practice and Inspiration on the University of Michigan“Ann Arbor Model”

摘要 “教育、科技、人才”一体驱动区域经济与产业发展是全面推进中国式现代化、全面建成社会主义现代化强国的关键举措。密歇根大学“安娜堡模式”通过三螺旋机制、人才引育机制和STEM机制等途径,实现了创新链、人才链、产业链和教育链的互补融通,为密歇根州产业转型升级和经济社会发展作出了重要贡献,对我国“教育—科技—人才”一体化驱动区域产业发展有借鉴价值。在立足基本国情和区域产业转型需求基础上,高等学校要树立校城协同发展理念,深化三螺旋机制、优化人才引育机制、加强STEM教学机制,加速“教育—科技—人才”一体化驱动区域产业高质量发展。 A crucial step in fully constructing a socialist modernized power and achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese people is to encourage the integration of education,technology and talent,and foster regional industrial development.Through three spiral mechanism,the talent introduction and cultivation mechanism,and the STEM mechanism,the University of Michigan has successfully integrated the innovation chain,the talent chain,the industry chain,and the education chain,which can be called as the“Ann Arbor Model”.The“Ann Arbor Model”has made significant contributions to Michigan's industrial transformation and upgrading as well as its economic and social development,which is a significant benchmark.Accordingly,based on the fundamental national circumstances,it is essential to establish the idea of coordinated development between cities and schools,deepen the three spiral mechanism,incorporate the requirements of regional industrial transformation,optimize the talent introduction and cultivation mechanism,encourage a comprehensive reform of national educational system,and strengthen the STEM teaching mechanism.
