摘要
工程博士培养是卓越工程师培养的关键环节之一,也是卓越工程师培养计划新阶段的重心之一。我国校企合作培养工程博士仍存在高校模式转变不完全、企业主体地位未确立、政府引导职能未体现等问题,校企合作道路仍不畅通,难以培养具有较强实践能力的工程博士。法国Cifre项目已开展40余年,形成了校企合作培养博士的成熟模式。基于三螺旋理论,通过对法国Cifre项目各主体职能及其培养效果的分析,明确了该模式的特点,对校企合作培养工程博士有一定参考价值。
The training of Doctor of Engineering is one of the key components in China's initiative to cultivate outstanding engineers and represents a major focus in the new stage of the program.Currently,there still exist issues in China's university-industry collaboration model for training Doctor of Engineering,including incomplete paradigm shifts in universities,unestablished principal status in enterprises,and unreflected guiding functions of the government.These issues cause the path of university-industry collaboration to remain obstructed,making it difficult to produce Doctor of Engineering with strong practical abilities.The French Cifre program,which has been in operation for over 40 years,has established a mature model of university-industry collaboration for PhD training.Based on the Triple Helix theory,this study analyzes the roles and training effects of various stakeholders in the Cifre program,clarifies its model characteristics,and provides some reference value for China's university-industry collaboration in training Doctor of Engineering.
