将习近平关于档案工作重要论述融入“档案学概论”课程思政,有利于提高学生的思想政治素质,也有利于引导学生正确看待并做好档案工作。“档案学概论”课程思政建设的不足主要表现在教学方式比较陈旧、思政元素挖掘有待深入、信息技术手段应用不够等方面。将习近平关于档案工作重要论述有机融入“档案学概论”课程思政的实践路径,需要从教师队伍建设、课程思政元素挖掘、思政方法手段完善、教学评估机制构建等方面加强工作。

Integrating Xi Jinping's important statements on archival work into the ideological and political education of"Introduction to Archive Science"course is beneficial to improve students'ideological and political quality,and guide them to view and do archival work correctly.The deficiency of the ideological and political education construction of"Introduction to Archive Science"course mainly lies in outdated teaching methods,insufficient mining of ideological and political elements,and insufficient application of information technology.To achieve the organic integration of Xi Jinping's important statements on archival work into the ideological and political education of"Introduction to Archive Science"course,efforts should be made in building a team of qualified teachers,excavating ideological and political elements in the course,improving ideological and political teaching methods,and establishing a teaching evaluation mechanism.
