摘要
国家正在通过推动文化强国建设、推进文化自信自强、实施文化数字化战略等决策部署来提升公共文化服务,满足人民群众日益增长的精神文化需求。高校档案馆应积极融入国家的发展大局,充分认识提升公共文化服务的时代意义,分析自身存在的问题,通过数字化转型、完善体制机制、拓展资源体系、强化队伍能力建设等有效途径,提升公共文化服务,满足社会各界的需求。
The nation is enhancing public cultural services to meet the growing spiritual and cultural needs of the people by promoting the construction of a culturally strong country,advancing cultural confidence and strength,and implementing digital cultural strategies among other decisions and plans.University archives should actively integrate into the country's overall development,fully understand the significance of enhancing public cultural services in this era,analyze their own issues,and explore effective methods such as digital transformation,improving institutions and mechanisms,expanding resource systems,and strengthening team capabilities to enhance public cultural services and meet the needs of all walks of life.
