瓜类作物CRISPR/Cas9基因编辑技术应用研究进展

Research Progress of CRISPR/Cas9 Gene Editing Techniques in Melon Crops

摘要 主要概述了CRISPR/Cas9基因编辑技术的来源、分类以及作用机制,总结归纳了CRISPR/Cas9技术在瓜类作物基因功能鉴定和性状改良上的研究进展,讨论了在瓜类作物中基因编辑技术应用的难点和解决方法,以期为基因编辑技术在瓜类作物中广泛应用提供参考。 It mainly outlines the origin,classification and mechanism of CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing technology,summarizes the research progress of CRISPR/Cas9 technology in the identification of gene function and trait improvement in melon crops,and discusses the difficulties and solutions for the application of gene editing technology in melon crops,so as to provide a reference for the wide application of gene editing technology in melon crops.
