贫油预混预蒸发燃烧室研究进展

摘要 贫油预混预蒸发燃烧室是当前最具代表性的先进燃气轮机燃烧室,在实现超低排放中具有巨大的潜力。结合贫油预混预蒸发燃烧室工作原理,介绍了国内外燃烧室流场组织方法,分析了不同燃烧室中油气匹配方法的差异。从旋流器主要参数、燃油雾化掺混方法和燃油分级方法3个方面梳理了燃烧室燃烧与排放特性的研究进展,指出了现有研究中的不足。基于现有研究内容和技术发展趋势,认为贫油预混预蒸发燃烧室应向低阻损失、超低排放、高燃烧稳定性的方向发展。 The lean premixed prevaporized(LPP)combustor is the most representative advanced gas turbine combustor at present,which has great potential in realizing ultralow emission.Based on the working principle of LPP combustor,the research status of flow field organization method in combustor at home and overseas is introduced,and the difference in fuel and air matching scheme is analyzed.The research progress of combustion and emission characteristics of LPP combustor is sorted out from three aspects,such as the main parameters of swirler,fuel atomization and mixing method,fuel allocation method.The shortcomings in the existing research are pointed out.Based on the existing research content and technical development trend,it is believed that LPP combustor should be developed in the direction of low resistance and pressure loss,ultralow emission and high combustion stability.
