甘肃省能源—经济—环境系统耦合协调发展分析

摘要 “双碳”目标驱动下,高质量发展要求能源、经济与环境协调发展。为明确甘肃省能源、经济与环境间的关系,本文选取2005—2020年甘肃省能源、经济和环境方面的数据,构建能源-经济-环境(3E)系统评价指标体系,利用熵值法和耦合协调度对甘肃省3E系统进行分析,研究发现,2005—2020年,甘肃省3E系统耦合协调度处于勉强协调与初级协调的反复波动中,2013—2020年长期为初级协调状态,3E系统耦合协调度较低。基于此,甘肃省经济发展需持续优化能源、经济与环境间关系,提升3E系统的耦合协调度,助力“双碳”目标实现。 Driven by the"dual carbon"goals,selecting the data of energy,economy and environment of Gansu Province from 2005 to 2020,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of energy-economyenvironment(3E)system,and analyzes the 3E system of Gansu Province by using entropy method and coupling coordination degree.The findings are as follows:From 2005 to 2020,the coupling coordination degree of 3E system in Gansu Province has fluctuated repeatedly between reluctant coordination and primary coordination,and has been in primary coordination since 2013,and the coupling coordination degree of 3E system has been in a low state for a long time.Based on this,we should optimize the industrial structure,improve the utilization rate of resources,strengthen scientific and technological innovation,and promote the long-term sustainable development of the region,thereby supporting the achievement of the"dual carbon"goals.
