摘要
芋蒙酸是广西的特色产品,有着广阔的市场,其原料芋蒙具有营养健康功效。在制作成芋蒙酸的过程中,剥皮是较为关键的步骤。目前,芋蒙剥皮还停留在传统的手工剥皮阶段,效率低下,达不到批量化生产效果。需设计一台机器来解决量产剥皮问题。分析了芋蒙的特性,采用机械手抓取芋蒙,依靠特殊刀片在芋蒙表面移动达到去皮效果。结果表明,剥皮率达70%,达到了生产要求,提高了加工生产效率,有效降低了劳动强度。
As a characteristic product of Guangxi,taro acid has a vast market.The raw material taro has many nutritional and health benefits,and peeling is a crucial step in the process of making taro acid.At present,the peeling of taro is only limited to traditional manual peeling,which cannot achieve the effect of mass production due to low efficiency.At this point,it is necessary to design a machine to solve the problem of mass production peeling.We firstly analyzed the characteristics of taro,and ultimately decided to use a roller to transport taro to a special blade to achieve a peeling structure.The results showed that the peeling rate reached 70%,meeting the production requirements,improving processing and production efficiency,and effectively reducing labor intensity.
