摘要 为加快建筑信息模型(BIM)技术在绿色建筑项目中的应用,分析了BIM技术的发展现状,基于BIM技术构建绿色建筑工程模型,利用熵权法对其进行评价。结果表明,在一级指标体系中,节地与室外环境(B2)所占权重是最大的,为0.2382,室内环境质量(B5)的权重为0.2223。二级指标中,提高系统用能效率C2>降低建筑能耗负荷C1>使用绿色建材C10。探讨了BIM技术在绿色建筑施工中的具体应用,包括施工过程预模拟及施工综合管理等,为BIM技术的推广应用提供参考。 In order to accelerate the application of building information modeling(BIM)technology in green building projects,the study analyzes the development status of BIM technology,constructs green building engineering model based on BIM technology,and evaluates it with entropy weight method.The results show that in the first-level index system,the weight of land saving and outdoor environment(B2)is the largest,which is 0.2382,and the weight of indoor environmental quality(B5)is 0.2223.Among the secondary indexes,the ranking is improving system energy efficiency C2>reducing building energy consumption load C1>using green building materials C10.The study analyzes the specific application of BIM technology in green building construction,including pre-simulation of construction process and comprehensive construction management,etc.,to provide reference for the promotion and application of BIM technology.
