摘要
本法研究钢卷在脱碳渗氮退火后,一种可以适应超薄样品,快速制成检氮试样的样品处理方法。针对现有的氧氮分析仪制样方法,解决了如何将0.2 mm左右厚度样品,既能除去表面污渍,又能保护表面渗氮层的快速处理与分析方法。
This paper studies a sample processing method for steel coils that can adapt to ultra-thin samples and quickly produce nitrogen detection samples after decarburization,nitriding and annealing.Regarding the existing sample preparation methods for oxygen and nitrogen analyzers,this rapid treatment method,which deal with samples with a thickness of 0.2 mm,can not only remove surface stains,but also protect surface nitriding layer of samples.
