摘要 职业本科大学高质量发展机制的理论基础,根植于内外多重元素的互动与整合。自组织动力源于内部教育理念、目标等的激发;他组织动力则受政治、经济等外部引导;共组织动力融合了内外元素,共同拓展高质量发展路径。其内部运行机制注重强化教育与社会经济联系,提升适应性与创新性,同时优化管理流程,完善评价体系,培养高素质应用型人才;外部联动机制则聚焦于与区域社会、经济、文化的协同发展,构建适应性教育模式,培养专业技能人才以助力经济转型,并弘扬地域文化特色,培育有文化底蕴的优质人才。在这一过程中,激发内外部元素的活力是关键,优化内部管理和提升教育质量是基础,与区域各方面联动发展则是目标。 The theoretical foundation of the vocational undergraduate universities’high-quality development mechanism is rooted in the integration and interaction of multiple internal and external elements.Self-organizing motivation stems from the stimulation of internal educational concepts,goals,etc;while other organizing forces are guided by external factors such as politics and economy;The co-organization driving force integrates internal and external elements to jointly expand the high-quality development path.Its internal operating mechanism focuses on strengthening the connection between education and social economy,improving adaptability and innovation,optimizing management processes,improving evaluation systems,and cultivating high-quality applied talents;The external linkage mechanism focuses on the coordinated development with regional society,economy,and culture,building an adaptive education model,cultivating professional skilled talents to help economic transformation,promoting regional cultural characteristics,and cultivating high-quality talents with cultural heritage.In this process,stimulating the vitality of internal and external elements is the key issue,optimizing internal management and improving education quality is the foundation,and linked development with all aspects of the region is the goal.
