内观疗法对残留型精神分裂症患者阴性症状、主观幸福感及自尊的影响

Effects of Naikan therapy on negative symptoms,subjective well-being,and self-esteem in residual schizophrenia patients

目的探讨内观疗法对残留型精神分裂症患者阴性症状、主观幸福感及自尊的改善作用。方法选取128例残留型精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为内观组和对照组,各64例。所有患者均给予精神科常规治疗,内观组在此基础上给予内观疗法。分别于治疗前、治疗6周时对所有患者进行阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)、总体幸福感量表(GWB)、自尊量表(SES)评定,并检测血清脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平。结果经过6周治疗,内观组和对照组分别有61例和62例患者完成研究。内观组的PANSS总分及阴性症状评分低于对照组,内观组的GWB总分和各分量表评分、SES总分、BDNF水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内观疗法能缓解残留型精神分裂症患者的阴性症状,改善其主观幸福感,提高其自尊水平。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Naikan therapy on negative symptoms,subjective well-being,and self-esteem in residual schizophrenia patients.Methods A total of 128 patients with residual schizophrenia were enrolled in the study,and were divided into Naikan group and control group with 64 cases in each group according to random number table method.All patients received routine psychiatric treatment,while the Naikan group received Naikan therapy in addition to routine psychiatric treatment.Assessment using the positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS),the general wellbeing schedule(GWB),and the self-esteem scale(SES)were conducted before and after 6 weeks of treatment for both groups.Serum brain-derived nutritional factor(BDNF)levels were also measured.Results After 6 weeks of treatment,61 and 62 participants in Naikan group and control groups,respectively,completed the study.Naikan group exhibited lower PANSS total scores and negative symptom ratings than control group.GWB total scores and individual component scores were higher in Naikan group than those in control group.Additionally,SES total scores and BDNF levels were higher in Naikan group than those in control group.All differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Naikan therapy alleviates negative symptoms,enhances subjective well-being,and elevates self-esteem levels in residual schizophrenia patients.
