铁路货物列车编组计划数字化编制系统构建研究

Research on the Construction of Digital Compilation System for the Railway Freight Train Marshalling Plan

货物列车编组计划是全路的车流组织计划,规定编组货物列车的要求、方法和内容,是编制列车运行图、运输方案、日班计划的重要依据。在深入研究全路编组计划编制方式的基础上,提出了数字化编制的方法,利用成熟的信息技术手段,构建了铁路货物列车编组计划数字化编制系统,实现了编组计划和组号范围的数字化维护、计划编制的辅助决策、路网基础数据的可视化展示、车流径路的可视化查询等功能,满足了直达、直通、区段、摘挂和小运转等不同种类列车编组计划的数字化编制需求,解决了基础数据不统一、辅助决策手段少、人员劳动强度高和数据共享难等长期困扰编组计划编制工作的问题,为促进我国铁路运输组织高质量发展提供了新的技术动力。

As the traffic organization plan for the entire railway system,the marshalling plan for freight trains specifies the requirements,methods,and contents of freight train marshalling,and serves as a crucial basis for preparing the train operation chart,transport scheme,and daily shift plan.This paper presented a digital preparation method based on in-depth research of the entire-railway freight train marshalling plan preparation.Via proven information technology,digital preparation system for freight train marshalling plans has been built.This has enabled digital maintenance of group number scope and marshalling plans,assistant decision-making for plan preparation,visualization of basic road network data and train flow route query,served the needs of digital preparation of different types of train marshalling plans,including non-stop,direct connection,in-section,pickup-drop,and tranship operation modes.This has solved the chronic problems plaguing the preparation of marshalling plans such as non-uniform basic data,insufficient auxiliary decision-making means,high labor intensity,and difficult data sharing,thus giving a new technological impetus to the high-quality development of Chinese railway transport organization.
