摘要
基于空间句法和ArcGIS空间分析法,使用天津市轨道交通线网数据和大众点评数据分别分析轨道交通结构特征及商业活力空间特征;在此基础上利用双变量相关性分析法和聚类与异常值分析法研究轨道交通与商业活力的耦合性,对天津市进行实证分析。结果表明:首先在整体结构上,天津市轨道交通与商业活力呈现正向耦合性,各类型商业的耦合性不同,美食购物类耦合性最强,住宿酒店类耦合性最弱;其次在单一站点上,各站点与商业活力的耦合性存在差异,其中和平区内站点耦合性较强,耦合性较弱的站点呈零散分布;最后提出结合商业活力空间分布差异,完善轨道交通线网规划和合理化商业布局选择等建议。研究对促进轨道交通与商业的互动发展具有指导意义,并为相关研究提供实证基础和有益参考。
Based on methods of spatial syntax and ArcGIS spatial analysis,the structural characteristics of rail transit and the spatial characteristics of commercial vitality were analyzed by using the data of the Tianjin rail transit line network and mass comment,respectively.On this basis,the method of bivariate correlation analysis and clustering and outlier analysis were adopted to explore the coupling between rail transit and commercial vitality,and the empirical analysis was conducted in Tianjin.The results are as follows.Firstly,in terms of the overall structure,rail transit and commercial vitality in Tianjin show positive coupling,and the coupling between all types of commerce is different,with the strongest coupling of food and shopping and the weakest coupling of lodging and hotel.Secondly,in terms of a single station,there are differences in the coupling of each station and commercial vitality,with a stronger coupling of the stations in the Heping District and a weaker coupling of the stations in the scattering distribution.Finally,it is proposed to improve the planning of the rail transit network and rationalize the selection of commercial layout based on the spatial distribution differences in commercial vitality.The study is of guiding significance to promote the interactive development of rail transit and commerce and provides the empirical basis and useful reference for related research.
