摘要
本研究利用扫描电镜观察团花绢野螟Diaphania glauculalis(Guenée),幼虫头部形态及触角和口器上的感器种类、分布和数量。结果表明,团花绢野螟幼虫头部呈椭圆形,下口式,咀嚼式口器;幼虫头部有6种感器,分别为毛形感器、刺形感器、锥形感器、栓锥形感器、指形感器、板形感器;触角上分布1个毛形感器、1个刺形感器、5个锥形感器、1个栓锥形感器;上唇分布6对刺形感器;下唇须上分布1个栓锥形感器和1个刺形感器;吐丝器上分布1对刺形感器;上颚上分布2个毛形感器;下颚及下颚须上分布3个刺形感器、10个锥形感器、2个栓锥形感器、1个指形感器和1个板形感器。研究结果可为探讨幼虫头部感器的功能及探究幼虫取食机制提供依据。
Larvae of Diaphania glauculalis were observed by scanning electron microscopy to understand the head morphology and the type,distribution,and quantity of sensilla on the antennae and mouthparts.Observations revealed that the larvae possess oval,hypognathous heads with chewing mouthparts.Six types of sensilla were identified on the larval head,including sensillum trichodeum,sensillum chaeticum,sensillum basiconicum,sensillum styloconicum,sensillum digitifoumium and sensillum placodeum.In addition,one sensillum trichodeum,one sensillum chaeticum,five sensilla basiconica,and one sensillum styloconicum were found on the antennae.Six pairs of sensillum chaeticum were distributed on the labrum,while one sensillum styloconicum and one sensillum chaeticum were distributed on the labial palpus.A pair of sensilla chaetica was observed on the spinneret,while two sensilla trichodea were distributed on the mandible.Three sensilla chaetica,ten sensilla basiconica,two sensilla styloconica,one sensillum digitiformium,and one sensillum placodeum were observed on the maxilla and maxillary palpus.This examination of D.glauculalis larval head ultrastructure offer valuable insights into the function of head sensilla and the larvae’s feeding mechanism.
