某低压铸造铝合金轮毂成形工艺设计及优化

Design and Optimization of Forming Process for a Low Pressure Casting Aluminum Alloy Wheel Hub

摘要 以某铝合金低压铸造轮毂为研究对象,优化其低压铸造成形工艺参数。针对可能会出现缩松、缩孔的胎圈座以及轮辋和轮辐连接处的厚大部位进行冷却通道设计以及试验参数模拟优化,从而减小该部位出现缺陷的概率,以提高良品率。利用Pro CAST数值模拟结果作为评价指标,基于正交试验比对结果给出优化工艺参数。结果表明,当浇注温度为680℃,模具温度为240℃,充型压力为50 MPa,保压压力为80 MPa,保压时间为420 s时,铸件的缩松率明显改善。基于此浇注条件设计多种冷却方案,通过对比,给出较优的生产方案。 An aluminum alloy low wheel hub was taken as the research object to explore the optimal low-pressure cast⁃ing process parameters.Design of cooling channels and optimization of experimental parameters for potential shrinkage porosities in the thick parts of the tire bead seat and the connection between the rim and spoke were carried out to solve the probability of defects in this area and improve the yield rate.The numerical simulation results of the ProCAST soft⁃ware were used as evaluation indicators,and the optimal process parameters were obtained based on orthogonal experi⁃mental comparison results.The results reveal that with pouring temperature of 680℃,mold temperature of 240℃,the filling pressure of 50 MPa,the holding pressure of 80 MPa,and the holding time of 420 s,the shrinkage porosity of the casting is significantly improved.Multiple cooling schemes based on the pouring condition were designed,and the rela⁃tively optimized production scheme was presented.
