摘要
伴随着中国高速公路建设的飞速进步,传统的项目管理方式已经无法满足现今高速公路领域工程管理的现实需要,这极大地限制了项目的管理效能,而BIM技术的引进及实施则为高速公路建筑业的信息化转型提供了全新的机遇。由于绥大高速公路长度远超一般公路建设项目,且涉及巨额资金投入,同时参与建设的公司众多,因此,该项目管理的复杂程度极高。为避免出现管理上的漏洞并确保全面覆盖,项目建设方采用了基于BIM模型的视觉呈现能力、协同性和模拟功能来贯穿整个项目的各个环节的管理与支持工作。这不仅能有效地减少投资的风险,还能优化设计的速度及品质,保证工程的安全性,并且能够进一步提升运营维护期间的资产管理和紧急应对措施的能力。
With the rapid progress of highway construction in China,traditional project management methods can no longer meet the reality needs of highway engineering management in the current situation,which greatly limits the management efficiency of projects.The introduction and implementation of BIM technology provide a new opportunity for the information transformation of the highway construction industry.Due to the fact that the Suida expressway is much longer than a typical road construction project and involves huge financial investment,as well as numerous companies involved in the construction,the complexity of project management is extremely high.In order to avoid management loopholes and ensure comprehensive coverage,the project construction party adopted BIM model-based visual presentation capabilities,coordination,and simulation functions to support the management and support work throughout all stages of the project.This not only effectively reduces investment risks,but also optimizes the speed and quality of design,ensures the safety of the project,and further enhances the ability of asset management and emergency response during operation and maintenance.
