Digital Empowerment for Rural Sports Modernization:Logic,Dilemmas and Strategies for Relief

基于数字化发展融入乡村振兴战略的时代背景,数字赋能是实现农村体育高质量发展与体育现代化的重要支撑。研究运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,发现在数字赋能农村体育建设中存在农村基础设施数字化滞后、农村体育产业数字化质量不高、农村体育治理数字化能力缺失等方面的困境,并提出纾解方略包括加快基础设施数字化建设、提升产业数字化质量、强化治理数字化建设,以实现全方位、高质量加速农村体育基础设施、体育产业和治理的现代化进程,加快推进体育强国建设。

Based on the background of digital development into the rural revitalization strategy,digital empowerment is an important support to achieve high-quality development and modernization of rural sports.Using literature,logical analysis and other methods,the study finds that there are dilemmas in the digital empowerment of rural sports construction in the digitalization of rural infrastructure lagging behind,the digital quality of the rural sports industry is not high,and the digital capacity of rural sports governance is missing.It also proposes strategies to solve the problems,including accelerating the digitalization of infrastructure,improving the digital quality of the industry,and strengthening the digitalization of governance,in order to accelerate the modernization of rural sports infrastructure,sports industry and governance in an all-round and high-quality way,and to accelerate the construction of a strong sports nation.
