摘要
基于有限元分析(FEA)方法研究一体化预制泵站的强度问题,通过对不同荷载情况下的应力和变形进行分析,得出了泵站的最大应力和变形值,并对不同工况下泵站的应力分布和变形情况进行了分析以及泵站强度进行了评估。研究结果表明,一体化预制泵站在正常使用情况下具有足够的强度和稳定性,同时为一体化泵站的设计和使用提供了重要依据,也为后续预制泵站筒体标准制定提供了参考。
Based on the finite element analysis(FEA)method,the strength of the integrated prefabricated pumping station is studied.By analyzing the stress and deformation under different load conditions,the maximum stress and deformation value of the pumping station are obtained.The stress distribution and deformation of the pumping station under different working conditions are analyzed and the strength of the pumping station is evaluated.The research results show that the integrated prefabricated pumping station has sufficient strength and stability under normal use,and provides an important basis for the design and use of the integrated pumping station,and also provides a reference for the subsequent formulation of the cylinder standard of the prefabricated pumping station.
