高压柜内排线智能折弯系统分析

摘要 针对电力系统中高压柜内环境恶劣、更换排线难度大和费时费力等问题,设计一套高压柜内排线折弯系统,并提出一种排线重要参数的计算方法。系统涉及折弯机、遥控器以及智能模具。折弯机上搭载角度控制器,智能模具上配有角度控制器和可伸缩位移杆。通过智能模具上的角度和位移推导出排线需要的长度和弯曲的角度,通过自适应算法更快更精准的实现排线的改造。 In order to solve the problems of bad environment in high voltage cabinet,difficulty in replacing the wiring,time consuming and laborious,a set of high voltage cabinet internal wiring bending system is designed,and a calculation method of the important parameters of wiring is put forward.The system involves bending machine,remote control and intelligent mold.The bending machine is equipped with an angle controller,and the intelligent mold is equipped with an angle controller and a telescopic displacement rod.The required length and bending angle of wiring are deduced through angle and displacement of intelligent die,and realizes the transformation of wiring faster and more accurately through adaptive algorithm.
