故障树分析法在螺杆泵卡滞分析中的应用

摘要 针对螺杆泵在使用过程中出现的卡滞问题进行分析,确定螺杆泵推力轴承磨损,产生的磨屑进入轴承与螺杆间隙,导致螺杆泵卡滞。应用故障树分析方法建立故障树方法对推力轴承磨损原因进行分析,确定磨损原因并提出后续运行注意事项,为螺杆泵卡滞这一类常见问题提供了故障分析方法。 Aiming at analyzing the cause of the stagnation failure of one electric screw pump,the wear of the thrust bearing of the electric electric screw pump is determined.The cause of the thrust bearing wear is analyzed and eliminated by establishing fault tree method,determining the cause of wear,and proposed follow-up precautions.It provides a fault analysis method for common screw pump jamming problems.
