船舶涂装车间压缩空气净化系统设计与选型

摘要 结合多年设计经历,完善出一套有效的船舶涂装车间的压缩空气净化系统设计与选型方法,对同类产品的设计可提供适当的参考。根据车间所需用气量,依次计算出主管道、次管道等的管径,再依照设备排布,采用树枝状和环状相结合的方式布置管系。研究表明,整个管系分布更为紧凑、美观,且节省材料,减少压损。从源头(设计)上入手,尽量减少大曲度弯管、减少主管道分支、合理分配用气点等等,能很大程度上降低能量损耗,达到环保高效的目的。 Based on years of design experience,aiming at improve an effective design and selection method for compressed air purification systems in ship painting workshops,providing appropriate reference for the design of similar products.Based on the required gas consumption in the workshop,calculate the diameter of the main pipeline,secondary pipeline,etc.in sequence,and then arrange the pipeline system in a combination of tree shaped and circular shape according to the equipment layout.The entire pipeline system is distributed more compactly and aesthetically,saving materials and reducing pressure loss.Starting from the source(design),minimizing large curvature bends,reducing main pipeline branches,and allocating gas points reasonably can greatly reduce energy loss and achieve the goal of environmental protection and efficiency.
