沥青路面长期性能监测站建设方法

摘要 针对公路交通荷载具有随机性的特点,优化公路沥青路面性能监测站建设,以提升监测数据间的交互性。首先,基于不同结构层在沥青路面系统中功能特性,设计能够监测路面内部力学响应及环境信息的传感器布局方案,并针对不同响应指标明确监测方法;其次,依据工程实践经验,归纳路面内部传感器布设的标准化流程,明确数据中心构建的关键要素;最后,利用实际采集的高频响应数据,提出海量监测数据的批量处理和分析技术。研究结果表明:提出的传感器布设方案能精确监测车辆动态随机荷载,为分析荷载与路面响应之间的相互作用提供可靠的数据基础。设定阈值法能够有效剔除噪声干扰信号,移动平均滤波和线性插值技术能有效解决高频响应数据中基线漂移和数据断点问题,提升数据质量的稳定性。 This study aims to optimize the construction of asphalt pavement performance monitoring stations to enhance interactivity between monitoring data,considering the variability of traffic loads.Firstly,a pavement sensor layout scheme was designed to monitor the mechanical response and environmental information of different structural layers in the asphalt pavement system,taking into account the functional characteristics.Additionally,a monitoring method for different response indexes was proposed.Secondly,based on engineering practical experience,the paragraph summarizes the standardized process of sensor placement and clarifies the key elements of data center construction.Finally,batch processing and analysis techniques were proposed for massive monitoring data,utilizing the collected high-frequency response data.The results demonstrate that the proposed pavement sensor layout accurately monitors dynamic stochastic loading and provides a reliable database for analyzing the interaction between loading and pavement response.To effectively improve the stability of data quality,methods such as moving average filtering and linear interpolation techniques can be employed to address issues such as baseline drift and data breakpoints in high-frequency response data.The method of setting a threshold proves to be useful in eliminating noise interference signals.
