摘要
青藏高原是我国独特的生态区域,拥有丰富的植物资源。近年来,研究表明许多青藏高原植物具有抗光老化特性,对皮肤保护和美容领域具有重要意义。本文综述了蔓菁、扁核木、天麻和半枝莲等25种青藏高原维管植物在抗皮肤光老化作用方面的研究进展。并探讨了紫外线引起皮肤光老化的作用机制和通路,介绍了评价植物提取物在该方面活性常用的模型。为了更有效地开发和利用青藏高原植物资源,我们需要从其资源属性、功能成分、作用机制、有效性和安全性等方面开展深入研究。本文将为青藏高原植物资源在抗皮肤光老化开发应用提供一定的参考。
The Qinghai-Tibet Plateau is a unique ecological region of China with abundant plant resources.Recent research has shown many plants in this area possess remarkable anti-skin photoaging properties,which are of great significance in skin protection and cosmetics.This article comprehensively reviewed the research progress on the anti-skin photoaging effects of 25 vascular plant extracts from the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau region,including Brassica rapa,Prinsepia utilis,Gastrodia elata and Scutellaria barbata.The mechanisms and pathways of skin photoaging caused by ultraviolet radiation were investigated,and commonly used models for evaluating the activity of plant extracts in anti-skin photoaging were introduced.To more effectively develop and utilize these plant resources,further research on their resource properties,functional components,mechanisms of action,effectiveness,and safety is needed.This article serves as a reference for the development and application of plant resources in combating skin photoaging in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.
