摘要 大数据、云计算、移动互联网、物联网、遥感探测等新技术与矿业交叉融合,使矿业发展新动能日益强劲,为矿业转型升级、实现创新发展带来了革命性机遇。智能化焊接是传统焊接技术与新一代信息技术深度融合的新技术,是矿业发展的必由之路,是提高矿企核心竞争力、实现可持续发展的必然选择,让焊工安全工作、健康工作。该文同时融合国内外先进技术,为今后智能化焊接矿山设备的发展提供了理论基础及技术支持。 The cross integration of new technologies such as big data,cloud computing,mobile Internet,Internet of things and remote sensing detection with mining has made the new driving force of mining development stronger and stronger,and brought revolutionary opportunities for mining transformation and upgrading and innovative development.Intelligent welding is a new technology deeply integrating traditional welding technology and a new generation of information technology.It is the only way for mining development.It is an inevitable choice to improve the core competitiveness of mining enterprises and realize sustainable development,so that welders can work safely and healthily.At the same time,this paper integrates the advanced technology at home and abroad,which provides theoretical basis and technical support for the construction of safe,efficient and green intelligent mines in the future.
