教育元宇宙优化区域内高校思政课教师资源配置研究——以成渝地区双城经济圈为例

摘要 当前我国区域内高校思政课教师资源配置存在着不均衡的问题,例如成渝地区双城经济圈内优质的高校思政课教师资源聚集在重庆主城和成都的“211工程”高校中,尤其是拥有全国重点马院的高校具备更加出众的资源。在教育元宇宙中,教师和学生摆脱了现实物理世界的时空限制,他们可以随时随地凭借虚拟数字身份在近乎真实的虚拟教学场景中开展沉浸式的思政课教学活动,促进高校思政课教师在成渝地区双城经济圈内的柔性流动,实现区域内高校思政课教师资源配置的优化。 At present,there is an issue of imbalanced allocation of ideological and political theory course teacher resources in colleges and universities across internal regions in China.For example,in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle,high quality ideological and political theory course teacher resources in colleges and universities are concentrated in the universities of 211 Project in central districts of Chongqing and Chengdu,especially those universities with national key institutes of Marxism,which possess more outstanding resources.In the Education Metaverse,teachers and students can transcend the limitations of time and space in the physical world.They can engage in immersive ideological and political theory course teaching activities anytime and anywhere by using virtual digital identities in near-real virtual teaching scenarios.This facilitates the flexible flow of ideological and political theory course teachers within the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle,realizes better allocation of ideological and political theory course teacher resources in colleges and universities across internal regions.
