党建引领交通专业本科生创新型人才培养模式研究

Study on the Cultivation Mode of Innovative Talents for Undergraduates Majoring in Transportation Led by Party Building

党建引领交通专业本科生创新型人才培养是新时代“交通强国”建设与高校为党育人、为国育才的关键内涵。北京工业大学交通工程本科生党支部结合党建工作经验,经过大量总结和研究,提出“城市畅行,交通强国”党建引领创新型人才培养模式,介绍“两宗旨+双提升+三保障”的创新党建思想引领框架、“绿波协调控制”特色支部工作法、“道路交通信号灯”创新创业能力培养及党员发展流程,为提升高校交通专业学生党支部党建工作与开展党建引领交通专业本科生创新型人才培养提供新思路。

Party building leading the cultivation of innovative talents for undergraduate students of transportation majors,which is the key connotation of the construction of"transportation powerhouse"in the new era and the cultivation of talents for the Party and the country by universities.Combined with the experience of Party building work with much summing up and research,the Party branch of undergraduate students of traffic engineering of Beijing University of Technology put forward the Party building-led innovative talent cultivation model of"free flowing city,transportation powerhouse".The Party branch introduced the innovative"two purposes+double enhancement+three guarantees",the special branch working method of"green wave coordination and control",the innovative and entrepreneurial ability cultivation of"road traffic signal"and the development process of Party members,which provides new ideas to enhance the Party building work of the Party branches of university transportation students and carry out the party building-led innovative talent cultivation of transportation undergraduates.The seminar will provide new ideas to enhance the party building work of the branch of the university transportation students and to develop the party building to lead the cultivation of innovative talents for transportation students.
