摘要
新工科建设对我国高等教育提出新的要求。应用型机械类本科人才是我国走新型工业化发展道路,实现“中国制造2025”强有力的智力支撑。针对传统机械类人才培养中存在问题,以OBE-CDIO相融合的理念为引领,面向社会需求,以立德树人统领学生培养全过程,以工程实践能力强的应用型人才培养为目标,构建“一体系、五节点、三主体”的培养机制,重构课程体系,改进教与学的方法,搭建多元化实践教学平台,探索新时代高素质应用型技术人才的培养模式。
Construction and development of new engineering has become the inevitable requirement of the current social industry upgrading and development.Application-oriented mechanical undergraduate talents are the strong intellectual support for China to take the new industrialization development path and realize the"Made in China 2025".In view of the traditional mechanical problems existing in the talent training,with the concept of OBE-CDIO as the lead,with strengthen moral education and cultivate people,to meet the needs of society and train the applied personnel with engineering practice ability,"a system with five nodes and three main body"training mechanism was built.The curriculum system was reconstructed,the method of teaching and learning was improved,multi-level,three-dimensional practice teaching platform was established in this paper to explore the new era of high-quality applied technical personnel training mode.
