河北省国土空间生态修复分区与策略研究

Study on Regionalization and Strategy of Land Space Ecological Restoration in Hebei Province

生态修复是建设美丽中国的重要途径,是国家空间治理体系的重要组成部分。河北省东临渤海,北枕燕山,西依太行,内环京津,区位独特,生态功能重要。科学开展河北省国土空间生态修复对建设高水平京津冀生态环境支撑区、首都“两区”和美丽河北具有重要意义,科学分析了河北省自然生态特征和面临的主要生态问题,依据河北省国土空间总体规划,科学划分生态修复格局、生态修复分区,遵循分区治理,提出了生态修复整治策略,进一步提升生态系统多样性、稳定性、持续性,筑牢生态安全格局,支撑高质量发展。

Ecological restoration is an important way to build a beautiful China and an important part of the national space governance system.The province is bordered by Bohai Sea in the east,Yan Mountains in the north,Taihang Mountains in the west and Beijing and Tianjin in the inner ring.The scientific development of ecological restoration of land space in Hebei province is of great significance to the construction of high-level eco-environmental support areas in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,the"Two Districts"of the capital and the beautiful Hebei province,based on the overall plan of land and space of Hebei province,the paper scientifically divides the pattern of ecological restoration,the ecological restoration subarea,and follows the Subarea Management,the strategy of ecological restoration was put forward to improve the diversity,stability and sustainability of the ecosystem,to consolidate the pattern of ecological security and to support high-quality development.
