基于时空影像法的河道流速流量计算应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 流量数据在水灾害防治、水资源管理、水环境保护和水科学研究中都发挥着重要的作用。传统的接触式流量测量方法在新时期的流域精细化、动态化管理需求下体现出一定的局限与不足,基于图像识别的非接触式测流技术为解决上述问题提供了全新的思路。为了充分发挥图像识别技术在水文测验领域的优势,建立了非接触式图像识别测流计算方法,包括基于时空影像的表面流速计算方法和基于指标率定法和表面流速系数法的河道流量计算方法,并以长江委水文局崇阳水文站为示范应用站,开展了流速流量的比测试验,验证了方法的可行性和准确性。研究结果表明:所建立的非接触式图像识别测流方法计算便捷、新颖、精度高,具有推广应用价值,能为现代水文站建设提供重要技术支撑。 Flow data plays an important role in water disaster prevention,water resources management,water environment protection and water science research,etc.In the new era,traditional intrusive flow measurement methods have limitations and shortcomings under the requirements of fine and dynamic management of watershed.The non-intrusive flow measurement technology based on image recognition obviously provides a new idea to solve the above problems.In order to give full play to the advantages of image recognition technology in the field of hydrology measurement,and to provide a new solution for flow monitoring in China,this paper studies and establishes a complete non-contact image recognition flow measurement and calculation method.The method includes surface velocity calculation based on spatiotemporal image and river flow calculation based on index calibration method and surface velocity coefficient method.Finally,taking Chongyang hydrological station of Yangtze River Committee Hydrology Bureau as a demonstration station,the comparative tests are carried out to verify the feasibility and accuracy of the method.The results show that the non-contact image recognition current measurement method established in this paper is convenient,novel and of high precision,and has the value of popularization and application,so it can provide important technological support for the construction of modern hydrographic station.
