摘要
韩家洼煤矿煤柱留设以往均采用30 m,严重浪费了宝贵的煤炭资源。以韩家洼煤矿22401和22402两个工作面为研究对象,通过应用极限平衡理论对现状分析和科学计算,确定采用6 m区段小煤柱,辅助预裂爆破切顶卸压技术,强制切断22401采空区与相邻工作面的顶板联系,阻断采空区顶板压力传递,减弱对相邻迎掘巷道的采动影响,加强22402回风顺槽支护质量和迎采补强措施,保证小煤柱下22402回风顺槽迎掘安全质量,为同类型矿井迎采掘进提供参考。
The coal pillar retention adopted in Hanjiawa Coal Mine used to be 30 m,which seriously wasted valuable coal resources.Taking the 22401 and 22402 working faces of Hanjiawa Coal Mine as the research objects,the current situation is analyzed and scientific calculations are conducted through the application of limit equilibrium theory,it is determined to use a 6 m section small coal pillar,assisted by pre-splitting blasting and roof cutting pressure relief technology,to forcibly cut off the connection between the 22401 goaf and the adjacent working face roof,block the pressure transmission of the goaf roof,weaken the mining impact on the adjacent facing excavation roadway,strengthen the support quality of the 22402 return air crossheading and reinforcement measures for the facing mining,and ensure the facing mining safety quality of the 22402 return air crossheading under the small coal pillar,providing reference for the facing mining excavation of mines with the same type.
