摘要
王庄煤矿106运巷掘进期间顶板破碎、冒漏,导致顶板维护难度大、支护失效率高、掘进效率低。从煤层赋存、集中应力、支护强度以及掘进工艺等方面,分析了巷道顶板破碎冒漏机理,提出了“注浆锚索加固+人工假顶+密集工字钢棚”联合支护技术。应用效果表明:冒漏区顶板采取联合支护8 d后,顶板趋于稳定,最大下沉量为175 mm,两帮煤柱收敛量降低至250 mm,巷道在后期掘进中未出现冒漏事故,联合支护能够有效控制顶板冒漏范围扩大,约束围岩变形、破碎现象,取得了显著应用成效。
During the excavation period of the 106 transport roadway in Wangzhuang Coal Mine,the roof is broken and leaked,resulting in high difficulty in maintaining the roof,high failure rate of support,and low excavation efficiency.From the aspects of coal seam occurrence,concentrated stress,support strength,excavation technology and so on,the mechanism of roof fragmentation and leakage in roadways is analyzed,and a combined support technology of"grouting anchor cable reinforcement+artificial false roof+dense I-shaped steel shed"is proposed.The application effect shows that after the roof of the leakage area adopting the combined support for 8 days,the roof tends to stabilize,with a maximum subsidence amount of 175 mm,and the convergence amount of two side coal pillars decreases to 250 mm.There are no leakage accidents occur in the later excavation of the roadway,and the combined support can effectively control the expansion of the roof leakage range,constrain the deformation and fragmentation phenomenon of the surrounding rock,and achieve significant application results.
