带式输送机不同输送带对输送能耗影响分析

摘要 针对王村煤业8112综采工作面带式输送机输送带能耗较大的问题,研究不同输送带会对耗能造成的影响,研究带式输送机输送带产生能耗的机理并分析节能输送带的工作原理;对王村煤业8112综采工作面使用的带式输送机输送带进行测试,搭建了带式输送机滚动阻力测量装置,确定测量对象分别为两条带式输送机传统输送带和三条带式输送机节能输送带,设置3个探针9个测试点对五条输送带不同温度下的行进距离和时间进行测量。测试结果表明:与标准输送带1-ST相比,所有测试的节能带都显示出更低的滚动阻力值,其中节能带的压痕滚动阻力降低了约18.5%;使用节能输送带的带式输送机驱动系统的功率需求大幅下降,功耗平均每年可降低约15.3%以上。 In view of the problem of high energy consumption of the conveyor belt in belt conveyor in the 1201 fully mechanized mining face of Wangcun Coal Industry,the impact of different conveyor belts on energy consumption is studied,the mechanism of energy consumption generated by the conveyor belt of belt conveyor is investigated,and analyzes the working principle of energy-saving conveyor belts.The conveyor belt of belt conveyor used in the 1201 fully mechanized mining face of Wangcun Coal Industry is tested,and a rolling resistance measurement device for the belt conveyor is built.The measurement objects are determined to be two traditional conveyor belts of belt conveyor and three energy-saving conveyor belts of belt conveyor.Three probes and nine testing points are set up to measure the travel distance and time of five conveyor belts under different temperatures.The test results show that compared with the standard transmission belt 1-ST,all tested energy-saving belts show lower rolling resistance values,with the indentation rolling resistance of energy-saving belts reduced by about 18.5%;The power demand of the belt conveyor drive system using energy-saving conveyor belts significantly decrease,with an average annual power consumption reduction of about 15.3%or more.
