寒地水稻增氧浸种催芽方法试验研究

摘要 浸种催芽是种植水稻过程中决定性的一环,其要素是水、气、热条件。现在的寒区水稻浸种催芽过程中,农户仅对水、热条件进行经验性控制,智能化程度低,劳动强度大,且浸种效果相对较差。采用正交设计方法试验分析了温度、曝气间隔、浸种时长的耦合试验,得到这3个因素对水稻种子发芽率、芽长及其均匀度的影响程度从大到小依次为曝气间隔、浸种时长、温度,且理想的一组因素水平为浸种温度30℃、曝气间隔1h、浸种时间46h。 Soaking seeds and accelerating germination of rice is a decisive link in the process of planting rice.Water,air and heat are the key factors of rice seed soaking and germination.At present,in the process of soaking and accelerating germination of rice in cold regions,farmers only control the water and heat conditions empirically,which is low in intelligence,high in labor intensity and relatively poor in soaking effect.The coupling experiment of temperature,aeration interval and soaking time was analyzed by orthogonal design method.It was found that the influence degree of these three factors on the germination rate,bud length and uniformity of rice seeds from large to small was aeration interval,soaking time and temperature,and the ideal level of a group of factors was soaking temperature of 30℃,aeration interval of 1h and soaking time of 46h.
