基于计算机图像分析处理的插秧机优化研究

摘要 以进一步提升插秧机的作业效率及智能化应用为目标,选取其可视化处理与执行组件为研究对象,基于计算机图像分析与处理技术展开优化研究。通过分析插秧机的结构组成及作业特征,搭建计算机图像特征处理模型,经内部特征计算匹配,设计了完整、有效的插秧图像分析处理流程。展开计算机图像分析与处理优化下的整机作业试验,结果表明:与传统机械特征分析相比,图像识别准确率得到较大提升,插秧均匀率可提升至94.39%,插秧效率相对提升8.30%,满足了插秧机智能化作业需求,具有较好的推广应用价值。 To further improve the working efficiency and intelligent application of the rice transplanter,its visual processing and execution components were selected as the research object,and optimization research was carried based on computer image analysis and processing technology.By analyzing the structure composition and operation characteristics of the rice transplanter,a computer image feature processing model was built.After internal feature calculation and matching,a complete and effective analysis and processing flow of the rice transplanter image was designed.The whole machine operation test under computer image analysis and processing optimization was carried out.The test showed that:compared with traditional mechanical feature analysis,the image recognition accuracy of the optimized design of the rice transplanter based on computer image analysis and processing was greatly improved,and the transplanting uniformity could be increased to 94.39%.The process of transplanting was accurate and orderly,and the efficiency of transplanting was relatively increased by 8.30%,which could meet the requirements of intelligent operation of rice transplanter and would be good promotion and application value.
