农用拖拉机造型设计与应用研究

摘要 鉴于用户对于拖进机外观造型要求提高的现状,对农用拖拉机造型设计与应用进行了研究。拖拉机的整体造型采用逆向工程的方法进行设计,系统分为监控层、应用层、造型设计层和数据库。在进行农用拖拉机造型设计时,除了满足功能和美观的需要之外,还应使结构具有足够的强度和刚度。为此,通过对拖拉机主要受力部分驾驶室和车架的结构进行有限元分析,保证各部分强度低于材料的许用应力。为了验证农用拖拉机造型的合理性,对其进行强度校核试验和用户美观评价试验,结果表明:拖拉机的强度和刚度可保证结构的安全,且造型基本符合用户的审美要求。 Aiming at the problem of user’s requirement to improve the design,but the design and production process of agricultural tractor will leads to the increase to production cycle and decrease o production efficiency.The design and application of agricultural tractor’s modeling will be studied.The whole modeling design of tractor was designed by reverse engineering.The modeling design system of tractor was divided into monitoring layer,application layer,modeling design layer and database.In the design of agricultural tractor,in addition to meet the needs of function and beauty,the structure also needs to have enough strength and stiffness.Through the finite element analysis o the structure of the cab and frame of the tractor,the strength of each part was guaranteed to be lower than the allowable stress o the material.To verify the rationality of the model of agricultural tractor,the strength calibration test and user aesthetic evaluation test were carried out.The test results show that the strength and stiffness of the tractor ensure the safety of the structure,and the shape basically meets the user’s aesthetic requirements.
