美沙拉嗪联合更昔洛韦治疗巨细胞病毒感染相关性溃疡性结肠炎的效果

Efficacy of Mesalazine Combined with Ganciclovir in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis Associated with Cytomegalovirus Infection

目的:分析美沙拉嗪联合更昔洛韦治疗巨细胞病毒感染相关性溃疡性结肠炎的效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2024年1月解放军第96604部队医院收治的巨细胞病毒感染相关性溃疡性结肠炎患者80例为研究对象,以计算机法随机分为对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组采用美沙拉嗪治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用更昔洛韦治疗。比较两组治疗效果、炎性因子[C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)]水平、不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.034)。治疗前,两组CRP、TNF-α、IL-6、IFN-γ水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组CRP、TNF-α、IL-6、IFN-γ水平降低,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:美沙拉嗪联合更昔洛韦治疗巨细胞病毒感染相关性溃疡性结肠炎能够提升疗效,降低炎性因子水平,减少不良反应。

Objective:To analyze the effect of mesalazine combined with ganciclovir in treating ulcerative colitis associated with cytomegalovirus infection.Methods:A total of eighty patients with ulcerative colitis associated with cytomegalovirus infection admitted to Liberation Army 96604 Hospital from June 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into control group and study group by computer method,with forty cases in each group.The control group was treated with mesalazine,and the study group was treated with ganciclovir based on the control group.The therapeutic effect,inflammatory factor[C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin 6(IL-6)and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)]levels and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.034).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in CRP,TNF-α,IL-6 and IFN-γlevels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of CRP,TNF-α,IL-6 and IFN-γin two groups were decreased,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Mesalazine combined with ganciclovir in the treatment of ulcerative colitis associated with cytomegalovirus infection can improve the efficacy,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and reduce adverse reactions.
