综合性护理在精神分裂症合并高血压患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing in Patients with Schizophrenia Complicated with Hypertension

目的:探讨综合性护理对改善精神分裂症合并高血压患者病情的价值。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年5月天水市第三人民医院收治的精神分裂症合并高血压患者180例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各90例。对照组接受常规护理,研究组接受综合性护理。比较两组简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、日常生活能力(ADL)量表、血压水平及个体和社会功能量表(PSP)评分。结果:护理前及护理1、2周后,两组BPRS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理4、8、12周后,研究组BPRS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前及护理1、2周后,两组ADL评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理4、8、12周后,研究组ADL评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组收缩压和舒张压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组收缩压和舒张压低于护理前,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前及护理1、2周后,两组PSP评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理4、8、12周后,研究组PSP评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合性护理可减轻精神分裂症合并高血压患者的精神症状,提高其日常生活能力和社会功能,降低血压。

Objective:To explore the value of comprehensive nursing in improving the condition of patients with schizophrenia complicated with hypertension.Methods:A total of one hundred and eighty patients with schizophrenia combined with hypertension admitted to Tianshui Third People's Hospital from June 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with ninety patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the study group received comprehensive nursing.The two groups were compared with the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS),Activity of Daily Living(ADL),blood pressure and Personal and Social Functioning Scale(PSP)scores.Results:There was no significant difference in BPRS scores between the two groups before nursing and after 1 and 2 weeks of nursing(P>0.05);after 4,8 and 12 weeks of nursing,the BPRS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in ADL scores between the two groups before nursing and after 1 and 2 weeks of nursing(P>0.05);after 4,8 and 12 weeks of nursing,the ADL score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in systolic and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic pressure of the two groups were lower than before nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in PSP scores between the two groups before nursing and after 1 and 2 weeks of nursing(P>0.05);after 4,8 and 12 weeks of nursing,PSP scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing can alleviate the mental symptoms of schizophrenia patients with hypertension,improve their daily living ability and social function,and reduce blood pressure.
