抚触护理在新生儿黄疸中的应用效果

Application Effect of Touch Nursing in Neonatal Jaundice

目的:分析抚触护理在新生儿黄疸患儿中的效果。方法:选取2021年3月—2023年3月滨州医学院附属医院收治的新生儿黄疸患儿102例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各51例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用抚触护理。比较两组胆红素水平、症状缓解情况以及每日摄入奶量、每日睡眠时间、体质量。结果:干预后,两组直接胆红素、总胆红素水平低于干预前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组胎便转黄时间、黄疸消退时间、蓝光照射时间、住院时间短于对照组,每日排便次数多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);干预后,两组每日摄入奶量、每日睡眠时间、体质量高于干预前,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:抚触护理能够降低黄疸患儿的胆红素水平,促进症状缓解及生长发育。

Objective:To analyze the effect of touch nursing in neonates with jaundice.Methods:A total of one hundred and two children with neonatal jaundice admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with fifty-one cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received touch nursing on the basis of the control group.Bilirubin levels,symptom relief,daily milk intake,daily sleep time and body mass were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the levels of direct bilirubin and total bilirubin in two groups were lower than before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the yellow time of fetal stool,jaundice resolution time,blue light exposure time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the daily defecation times were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);after intervention,the daily intake of milk,daily sleep time and body mass of the two groups were higher than before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Touch nursing can reduce the level of bilirubin in children with jaundice and promote the relief of symptoms and growth.
