Nutritional Support Nursing of an Elderly Patient with Colon Cancer after Radical Colostomy Combined with Anastomotic Fistula

该文总结1例老年结肠癌根治造口术伴吻合口瘘患者的营养支持个案护理经验,分别在术前、术后为患者提供营养支持,实施肠外营养联合肠内营养方案,以及针对性护理干预措施,患者各项营养指标均有明显改善。出院后3个月指标正常,并完成回肠造瘘回纳术。

This paper summarized the nursing experience of an elderly patient with radical colostomy and anastomotic fistula with nutritional support.The patients were provided with nutritional support before and after operation,parenteral nutrition combined with enteral nutrition,and targeted nursing interventions.All the nutritional indexes of the patients were significantly improved.Three months after discharge,the indicators were normal,and ileostomy was completed.
